The way in which vehicles are purchased is changing, vehicle renting has grown by +80% in recent years, but there was no leading platform in the sector.
The company's product strategy was designed, focusing on young people aged 30-35, who know how digital platforms work (easier to penetrate), planning simplicity and transparency in this regard.
We used the most vivid and “fun” color palette we could have with vibrant purple tones, trying to capture the customer's attention, who usually sees this process as slow and tedious.
That was our goal to make the information necessary for renting possible with just over 10 clicks.
In November 2021, Cazoo, a leading global vehicle leasing company, purchased the Barcelona startup for 30M€.
We explain to you what our process of conceptualizing the digital product was like and its phases.
In our case, we started working on the wireframe taking into account the old version, with almost no information about the vehicles and the leasing request format.
Previously, we had about 6 steps to carry out the leasing process, after understanding the essential steps so that the sales team could contact potential customers, we improved conversion by more than 19.4%, increasing direct and indirect billing.
