Automating processes has become an absolute necessity for any digital company, these can save you tens or hundreds of hours at the end of the month.
There are a multitude of tools for automating processes such as Zapier or Make, but we weren't working on developing an accessible solution that “in your own words” says you want to automate without having to learn the tool itself.
That's why we proposed a product (the Process Talks team's own technology is amazing) aimed at all those people who don't know how technology works but want to automate processes.
That was our goal to make the information necessary for renting possible with just over 10 clicks.
We explain to you what our process of conceptualizing the digital product was like and its phases.

2. If I had used another similar app I didn't have to “learn again”
In addition, we developed the entire product with our own Design System, which would allow the company to scale the functionalities and needs whenever they want.
